At 3 Stone, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time across Pakistan.

Service Areas & Timelines

• We are delivering All over Pakistan, including Karachi and Lahore.
• Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Delivery Time: 2–4 business days for Karachi & Lahore; 3–7 business days for other cities (subject to courier routes and public holidays).

Payment on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery is our only payment method at this time.
• Please pay the exact amount shown on your Sales Invoice to the courier. Do not pay any additional charges.
• Full payment is required before opening the package. Packages may be opened only after payment and signing the delivery sheet.

Delivery Attempts & Verification

• The courier will attempt delivery at your provided address and may contact you for verification.
• If delivery is unsuccessful after attempts, the order may be returned to us and considered cancelled.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are referenced on the Sales Invoice and are included in the COD amount.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue, you can request a return within 10 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Return requests must be initiated within 10 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in their original condition, with all accessories, manuals, freebies, and original packaging intact.
• Products showing damage due to misuse, mishandling, unauthorized repairs, or missing components may be ineligible for return.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged/Incorrect

• Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/videos (if applicable).
• We’ll guide you through the inspection process and arrange a repair, replacement, or return as appropriate.

How to Start a Return

1. Keep your original Sales Invoice handy.

3. Ship the product to the return address listed on our website (as provided by our team when your return is approved).
4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process a repair or replacement as applicable. If a refund is due, it will be issued via the original COD method (cash refund/adjustment) or store credit, as advised by our team.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, wrong, or damaged item, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping after verification.
• For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.

Important Notes

• Returns are processed only for purchases made through our official channels and are valid within Pakistan.
• Please pack items securely to avoid damage in transit. Items damaged in return transit due to inadequate packaging may not be eligible.
• For products covered under our 1-Year Brand Warranty, warranty terms apply to repairs/replacements after the 10-day return window.

Warranty Coverage

• The warranty is valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.
• It covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage.
• During the warranty period, defective products will be repaired or replaced (at our discretion) at no additional cost to the customer.

Warranty Exclusions

• Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, accident, or unauthorized repairs.
• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damages that do not affect functionality.
• Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or sellers.

Warranty Claim Process

1. Retain your original purchase receipt/invoice as proof of warranty validity.

3. The product must be returned to us (via courier or drop-off at our office) for inspection.
4. Upon verification, we will repair or replace the product within a reasonable timeframe.

The warranty is valid only in Pakistan and is applicable exclusively to products officially distributed by 3 Stone under Apex Trades.
